I love a creative challenge. With a background in public education, leadership, and corporate instructional design, developing curriculum and customized eLearning experiences allows me to utilize my creativity to create learning solutions. 

 

I’m often asked what types of trainings I like to develop, but the truth is I enjoy variety. From customer service, standard operating procedures, systems trainings, DEIB, management development, and soft skills training to assessment and accreditation programs, the variety keeps me excited and keeps the creative juices flowing. It also means that I am able to reach more people and have a broader impact on organizational success.

 

Creativity and collaboration are key in designing and developing effective eLearning and solid frameworks for learning plans and career paths. How do I make this happen? I make it a point to develop relationships with key stakeholders and SMEs to better understand the current situation and end goal. With this information, I can apply the science of learning to determine the best plan of action.

 

While each course and curriculum plan may look a little different, one thing remains the same. Learning and growing is how we continue to thrive, regardless of the industry we are in. Learning is not a one and done event, and investing in professional development leads to individual, team, and organizational success.
